Utilizing a style that is both direct and compassionate, I meet clients as they are, where they are, to work toward the goals that they identify for themselves.

I am a licensed therapist with a background in Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, and Social Work. I received my Master’s in Education in Human Development in 2004, and my Master’s in Social Work in 2014, both from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked in a wide variety of mental health settings since 2001, including hospitals, schools, residential treatment facilities, partial and IOP programs, and group and individual private practices. Within these contexts, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns.

I take an integrated, multifaceted approach to mental health and wellness, drawing from my education, my years of experience in the mental health field, and specialized trainings. I primarily operate from Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Narrative treatment modalities. When appropriate, I sometimes incorporate CBT and DBT interventions and strategies.

Online therapy is an excellent tool that allows clients to see me from the comfort of their homes. As an online therapist, I’m able to provide flexible scheduling hours, and can provide therapy to clients anywhere in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
